Checkout and payment confidence

Payment is confirmed before access changes

Checkout shows the selected plan, billing period, and final amount before payment authorization. Subscription access is applied after successful Paystack confirmation or a successful payment verification flow.

-Payments are processed through Paystack checkout.
-Available payment methods are shown inside Paystack checkout before you authorize payment.
-Final amount, plan, and billing period are confirmed before checkout.
-Naija Tax Guide does not decide which Paystack payment methods are available for every customer, bank, card, or device.
-Card details are handled by the payment processor, not stored directly by Naija Tax Guide.
Free and top-up limits

Free access is useful, but not the same as a paid AI plan

-Free access is designed for basic calculators, learning, and reviewed library guidance.
-AI answers, custom deadlines, document generation, and top-ups require an active paid plan.
-Top-up credits add usage only; they do not extend subscription validity.

50 Usage Credits - ₦2,000
100 Usage Credits - ₦3,500
500 Usage Credits - ₦15,000
Billing rules

How renewal, credits, top-ups, and failed payments work

-Renewal: paid plans are intended to renew on the selected monthly, quarterly, or yearly cycle unless cancelled or not renewed before the next billing period.
-Cancellation: cancelling stops future renewal. It does not automatically refund a period that has already started unless the Refund Policy applies.
-Credits: included Usage Credits are tied to the active subscription period and plan rules shown at checkout or inside Billing.
-Top-ups: top-up credits are available only to active paid subscribers and add usage capacity, not extra subscription time.
-Failed payment: if Paystack does not confirm a successful payment, plan access or credits may remain unchanged until the payment is verified or retried.
-Receipts: payment references and transaction records should be kept for support, reconciliation, failed payment checks, or refund review.
Processor and privacy posture

Payment data is split by role

Naija Tax Guide keeps the billing records needed to manage access, credits, reconciliation, support, and refund review. Sensitive payment details are handled by the payment processor and financial institutions involved in the transaction.

Guidance, not official tax representation

Naija Tax Guide provides general Nigerian tax information and guided support. It is not a government portal, law firm, accounting firm, or substitute for a qualified tax professional in sensitive matters, audits, disputes, penalties, or formal filing decisions.
