What is Naija Tax Guide?

Naija Tax Guide is a Nigerian tax guidance product for individuals, freelancers, SMEs, creators, and founders who need clearer explanations of common tax obligations, deadlines, calculations, and filing concepts.

Is Naija Tax Guide a government tax authority?

No. Naija Tax Guide is operated by BMS SparkVision Hub. It is not FIRS, NRS, a State Internal Revenue Service, a law firm, an accounting firm, or an official tax representative.

Can I rely on it as formal legal or accounting advice?

No. The product gives general Nigerian tax information and guided support. For audits, disputes, penalties, official notices, high-value filings, or business restructuring decisions, users should speak with a qualified tax professional.

Where can I use the product?

Users can access the web app, WhatsApp support on 07034941158, and the Telegram bot @naija-tax-guide-bot. Availability may depend on the user's plan and linked channels.

How does pricing work?

The public pricing page shows Starter, Professional, and Business subscription plans with monthly, quarterly, and yearly options. Plan access, included Usage Credits, channels, support level, and top-up rules are shown before checkout.

How are payments processed?

Payments are processed through Paystack checkout. Paystack shows the available payment methods before authorization. Naija Tax Guide stores billing records such as plan, amount, reference, status, and credit activity, but does not store full card details directly.

What happens after a successful payment?

Plan access or credits are applied after successful payment confirmation. If a successful payment does not reflect correctly, users should open Support with the payment reference so the billing record can be checked.

What happens if payment fails or is abandoned?

If Paystack does not confirm a successful payment, plan access and credits may remain unchanged. Users can retry checkout or contact Support if money was debited but access did not update.

Do top-ups extend my subscription?

No. Top-ups add Usage Credits only. They do not extend subscription validity, change renewal date, or replace the need for an active paid plan.

Can I cancel or change a plan?

Plan changes and cancellations are handled through the logged-in billing workflow where available. A scheduled downgrade may take effect at the end of the current billing period, while upgrades may require checkout confirmation.

Does the assistant always know current tax rules?

Tax rules can change. The product treats rates, thresholds, deadlines, penalties, and effective dates as high-risk claims. Users should verify sensitive matters and escalate professional cases.

What happens if the AI is uncertain?

The assistant should ask for missing facts, state assumptions, avoid inventing legal references, and recommend escalation when the question depends on formal filings, audits, disputes, or material business consequences.

How do I get support?

Logged-in users should use the Support page for account-specific tickets. General contact can use support@naijataxguides.com. Privacy or deletion requests should use privacy@naijataxguides.com.
